In June 2017, Cummins Mellor achieved ‘Gold’ Investors in People standard, meaning we were one of just of 7 organisations in Lancashire and one of 8 recruitment businesses in the UK to achieve IIP Gold with version 6 of the standard.
At Cummins Mellor, we have a phenomenal track record for Apprenticeships with 25% of our team being either current or former apprentices.
