“I joined Personnel Checks, the safeguarding business within Cummins Mellor, in 2016 as a DBS Advisor. I’m responsible for many things such as managing accounts, taking payments, processing checks and answering any general queries customers may have.

It’s my role to ensure that all checks are processed correctly and customer queries are dealt with on the same day.

Before joining Personnel Checks I carried out a number of Customer Service based roles both over the telephone and face to face. I also had a job before working at Personnel Checks in the care industry.

When I’m not in the Personnel Checks office, I like to go on days out with my family, socialising and eating out with friends.”
