‘I joined Personnel Checks, the safeguarding within Cummins Mellor in 2014 as a DBS Consultant.
I’m responsible for dealing with a range of customers from individuals to companies in every sector, advising and guiding them through their DBS process.
It’s my role to ensure our customers are provided with excellent customer service and also given the right information to enable them to make the most suitable recruitment decision and ensuring that society is safeguarded to the highest of standards. Before joining Personnel Checks, I had 7 years’ experience in a customer service.
I have also worked in the care sector and understand how important it is for everybody in society to ensure vulnerable people are safe.”
