“I joined the business in 2014 as a recruitment assistant at Cummins Mellor, progressing to running the temporary recruitment desk as a recruiter. I moved over to Personnel Checks after having my first child, and joined the TaxiPlus team as an advisor. From this role I expressed an interest in technology, and successfully ran a few software related projects alongside my day to day job.
After returning from having my second child, I was offered the role of Technical Projects Coordinator. This is an extremely varied role, where I can be found running various projects, implementing changes on how we work digitally, and assisting the development team.
When I’m not working, I can be found running after my two kids and two cats, running my sewing business, and having a very active role in my church. Or you will find me sat on the sofa with a beer or a large glass of wine… depends what day it is.”
