I’m responsible for attracting, sourcing, selecting and vetting talent and creating the best possible experience that will support candidates in their career progression and personal development.
I’m committed to attracting the best talent that Lancashire has to offer, by understanding their passions, desires and ambitions in order to promote them to local businesses.
It’s my role to ensure I understand each individual’s requirements in detail in order to source them opportunities that match both their skills and personal preferences & ambitions. I am working closely with our Recruitment Consultants to help establish the best Lancashire businesses to work with, ensuring we are offering the best roles and work cultures to our candidates.
Before joining Cummins Mellor I originally worked for CJUK, our hospitality department, for 2 years. This gave me a great foundation working with candidates on a national scale. I can now use these skills to work with local candidates in East Lancashire.
I also won the IRP (Institute of Recruitment Professionals) award for Best Newcomer in 2016.
When I’m not in the Cummins Mellor office you will probably find me at a vintage fair, playing netball or scrambling a hill in the Yorkshire dales, finishing off with a pub lunch.”
