I joined the business in 2017 as an Administrator in the national interim chef recruitment division, CJUK.
I’m responsible for liaising with the account managers and other members of the CJUK team to make sure all placement confirmations are arranged, systems are maintained and all relevant paperwork is completed.
Before joining CJUK I worked in kitchens from the age of 15 onwards as a KP, then apprentice Chef and became a Chef de Partie before leaving to go to university. Hopefully these past experiences will give me plenty of insight into the clients and candidates that we work with and allow me to understand their individual circumstances.
When I’m not in the CJUK office I spend my time cooking (surprisingly), playing guitar and taking long walks on the beach…not really, more like walking through the rain with my Husky, Thor!
