An organised and punctual person with a vast experience of administrative work. Rachael is currently working as a HR and Resourcing Administrator and studying for her CIPD Level 5 diploma in Human Resources Management. She is a hard worker with a good sense of initiative, but equally has no problems with taking direction from others. With excellent creative, interpersonal, communication and computer skills, Rachael is confident in her ability to take on a challenge, achieving the standards set. She is always eager to learn new skills and aims to be successful in every task she is set.

 

Main Experiences:

  • Responsible for listing all vacancies across the company on various job boards and our internal ATS system
  • Screening CV’s and the arrangement of interviews
  • Supporting hiring managers by conducting first stage telephone interviews
  • Processing all new employees details, from offer letter to contract to references
  • Managing all vacancies across the company, liaising with Recruitment Agencies
  • Involved in the on boarding and induction process

Computer Skills:

  • Competent with all Microsoft Office programmes
  • Social Media
  • Bespoke CRM systems
  • Internal ATS system

Qualifications:

  • BA (Hons) 2:2 Media Production
  • GNVQ (Merit) Leisure & Tourism
  • AVCE (D) Travel & Tourism
  • Foundation Degree (Merit) Media Production
  • 10 x GCSEs Grades C-F
