Nicola is a highly motivated, professional individual who has been with her current employer for 10 years. She has developed into being an integral member of a multidisciplinary team. Confident and good at developing long term working relationships with colleagues and clients alike, whilst maintaining a professional image at all times. She has completed several training courses and further education and is now looking for a company that can provide the progression and career she desires.

 

Main Experience:

  • Following set guidelines and procedures to completion and submission
  • Experienced at liaising with companies via telephone and email
  • Adept in the preparation and distribution of documents including portfolios, starter packs and meeting minutes
  • Confident at answered incoming calls to the business as efficiently as possible and directing to correct colleagues
  • Providing administration support to the Managing Director, Operations Director and other Team Managers
  • Continuously maintaining compliance as well as chasing and checking liability insurance documents for individual companies
  • Experienced in checking files for final claims, making sure guidelines and criteria are followed
  • Maintaining, updating and checking spreadsheets with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Assisting other departments including accounts with input and filing of invoices and purchase orders

 

Computer Skills:

  • Competent in Microsoft packages
  • Basic excel knowledge including basic formulas and data input

 

Qualifications:

  • Ascentis Level 4 in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration
  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration
  • NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service
  • NVQ Level 3 in ICT
  • NVQ Level 2 in ICT
  • Functional Skills English Level 2
  • Functional Skills Maths Level 2
  • Functional Skills ICT Level 2
  • Health & Safety at work Level 2
  • 3 x A levels A- C
  • 2 x AS levels A – C
  • 6 x GCSE A – C including English and Maths
