  • Experienced at completed account set-up, credit terms and limits, as well as making informed credit decisions
  • Experienced at liaising with sales, buying and dispatch departments regrading payments
  • Experienced at providing cash flow forecasts to senior management
  • Experienced at managing and maintaining both sales and purchase ledgers
  • Managing purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, delivery notes and prioritising supplier payments
  • Confident at initiating and aiming to improve procedures and methods
  • Confident at handling queries and finding resolutions as efficiently as possible
  • Experienced at working with export customers

Computer Skills:

  • Advanced Excel including VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables
  • Sage
  • Bespoke in-house systems
