Here’s a summary of December 2020…

  • Confidence in making hiring & investment decisions increased
  • Short term forecast demand for temporary workers higher than same time in 2019
  • Demand for permanent employees increases to just below figures in December 2019
  • A third of employers anticipated a shortage of candidates
  • 56% of employers who recruit temp agency workers are currently using them to help manage uncertainty
  • 75% of employers who use recruitment agencies expressed satisfaction with their agency partners
