Work Type:

HR – Permanent 3 days per week


Main Experiences:

  • Advising and guiding managers through HR processes, including Recruitment, Grievance, Disciplinary, Capability, Sickness Absence and Parental leave
  • Keeping up to date with legislation changes through various sources, including Xpert HR and CIPD
  • Managing the sickness absence process and guide managers through absence monitoring and reduction
  • Liaising with parents, social services and county council to reduce absences across the school
  • Managing 15 staff over three Welfare to Work divisions
  • Collating and recording on statistics and producing weekly reports for the Senior Management Team
  • Conducting weekly team meetings and dealing with employee issues, including; bonuses, disciplines, recruitment and selection. The office had low absence levels and was frequently the top performing office within the district
  • Compiled reports for Senior Management Team on a weekly basis, highlighting office progress against monthly and quarterly targets
