Main Experiences:

  • Supporting the team with general day to day tasks including email enquiries, complaints, bookings and queries
  • Help managing stock levels, rotation and liaising with other departments regarding low or new stock
  • Processing orders, invoices and rampaging and returns for customers
  • Supported all areas of the business with administration
  • Ensuring all targets are met and work is completed by set deadlines
  • Managing the front of house reception team ensuring that tasks were being completed within deadline and to high standards
  • Answering telephones in a polite and professional manner and transferring to appropriate staff members
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Coordinating and maintaining records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards, office keys and wages


Computer Skills:

  • Competent with Microsoft Office
