New Virtual PA Service Launched to Help SME’s

We are excited to announce that we have created a brand-new virtual PA service to help SME’s and self-employed individuals across the UK to get back on their feet post-pandemic, enabling them to focus on their key priorities and business profits.

With over 30 years’ experience in customer service, we are well placed to provide organisations of all sizes with flexible and tailored back office support, ranging from handling phone calls and diary management to administration, finance and bookkeeping.

The idea came to life after our Chairman, Richard Mellor, had a conversation with his domestic appliance repairer about him missing important phone calls from current and potential customers due to him being so busy.

Richard said:

I’d been planning a business offering our services to clients providing Marketing, HR, Bookkeeping for ages but when Nick mentioned his biggest problem was phone answering whilst he was trying to mend dishwashers, the idea came to me in an instant.”

We then spent some time undertaking market research and a recent Linkedin poll indicated 50% of small businesses owners would offload finance and bookkeeping if they could, closely followed by 48% who would outsource call handling.

Richard added:

“Most small business can only dream of having a Marketing Manager, a HR Manager and FD and a PA on hand to advise, help and work for them, but now they can have it all and only pay for what they use!

That is when Cummins Mellor’s Virtual PA was born.

Many businesses are now restructuring or having to tighten their belts as a direct result of the pandemic. Our virtual assistants act as an employee at a fraction of the cost of hiring a full-time staff member.

From just £10 per day, businesses can benefit from as much or as little support as they need, without having to worry about any associated HR costs or burdens.

As the UK is now beginning to embrace remote working, our PA’s are personally matched to each individual business and work from their own home for as many hours as required.

As an introductory offer, businesses can take advantage of a one-day free trial with no obligations.
