Taking a Proactive Approach to Employee Wellbeing Post-pandemic – Webinar

As companies begin to re-open offices, the impact of coronavirus on the way we live our lives will continue to be felt indefinitely.

Now businesses are shifting from crisis response to a phased return to work, Cummins Mellor are hosting a series of webinars on how to re-imagine a better future for our workplaces and our workforce.

The second session of this series is focused on workplace wellbeing.

About this event

Covid-19 has significantly altered the way organisations are able to operate since March in the UK. And it’s becoming increasingly clear that these changes won’t disappear overnight as restrictions are reduced.

Whilst we don’t currently know what long term impacts the lockdown and ongoing restrictions could have on the wellbeing of employees, it’s important that companies prioritise workplace wellbeing in their return to work plans.

In this quick 30-minute webinar, we will discuss common employee concerns managers should be aware of, offering suggestions for how you can help your teams to feel safe and supported as they transition to the new normal.

On this webinar, you will gain insight on:

– What steps the Cummins Mellor family of businesses is taking to support staff as our offices re-open

– What are the common concerns that managers should be aware of?

– Advice for managers in supporting employee wellbeing. We will outline the concrete actions managers can take to support their staff during this transition

– What actions each of us can take to look after ourselves.

You will have the opportunity to answer questions throughout the webinar and have them answered live at the end of the session.
