On Wednesday 12th April we held our 18th Cummins Mellor Group Annual Conference at Accrington & Rossendale College.
The whole Cummins Mellor Group came together to celebrate their successes over the previous year and present their goals for the coming financial year. Our 3 divisions came up with their own unique presentation to show the group their goals and visions. The presentations ranged from the ‘Cummins Mellor Party’ to a rework of the popular Apprentice show featuring our own Alan Sugar (Richard Mellor!).
As usual, the afternoon started with presentations followed by the prestigious awards and the annual Cummins Mellor Video! Chairman, Richard Mellor provided a few inspirational words, sharing his thoughts on the year and highlighting personal achievements for members of the team. We also were delighted to watch the annual Diary of the Year which showcases professional and personal milestones and events throughout the year. After the hearing all the fantastic plans for the upcoming year and reminiscing our huge successes, the afternoon was then wrapped up beautifully by Managing Director Michelle Mellor.
The proud award winners on the afternoon were as follows:
Best Newcomer – Jen Duckworth Most Improved Performance – Alexandra Hindle
Customer Service Champion – Ayesha Ahmed Going the Extra Mile – Helen Jackson

The evening ended with a superb meal at Accross College and drinks to celebrate another successful year at the Cummins Mellor Group. Here’s to another fantastic year!
