Kicking off the Rallies: Managing Director Richard Mellor with Head of Recruitment Helen Jackson.

Cummins Mellor Recruitment will be hosting a series of Recruitment Rallies at our Head Offices in Accrington.

The rallies will demonstrate how very buoyant the local job market is with the recent upturn in the economy and the unprecedented demand for skills and staff being at their highest level in 3 years.

We have been recruiting across Lancashire for over 20 years will be using our experienced Recruiters’ skills and expertise during the events to present to, and meet with new budding recruiters, potential candidates and employers.

The series of events will run over the next 6 months, with the first Rally kicking off on Thursday 26th June.

We will open our Head Office doors on Whalley Road Accrington from 5.30pm till 8pm for our first rally which will focus on A Career in Recruitment.

Anybody considering a career in this fast paced, exciting, billion pound industry is encouraged to join them on the night.

Managing Director Richard Mellor commented; “We’re looking for anyone who could be tempted to return to a role in Recruitment as they are passionate about it but may be disillusioned by their previous employment experience.

Or anyone who is currently in recruitment and may be looking for a change to explore the exciting and very different culture Cummins Mellor Recruitment brings to the industry.

We want to dispel some of the myths and bad press that surrounds corporate recruitment companies and encourage a new generation of Recruiters to consider joining our fabulous team.”

Our team of talented Consultants who collectively have over 50 years’ experience working in the recruitment industry will be on hand to present the benefits of a career in recruitment.
