Why You Should Treat Your Company Like Family

Many an MD will say he looks at his company like a family and then acts in a way which makes you glad you’re not related!

I have always pushed our company to walk the talk on that and ensure everybody feels part of the team.

Colleagues should take care of each other, have fun, celebrate success, learn by failure, look for reasons to praise not to criticise, communicate freely and respect each other.

This is how we operate at Cummins Mellor and Personnel Checks, we have monthly, quarterly and annual Prize Presentations, we have incentives to travel abroad and win money that everybody in the firm can win, we have Quiz Nights, BBQ’s, lots of meals out and regularly celebrate our successes.

Everybody matters at Milnshaw House and everybody’s opinion is listened to.
