 You’ve got the interview, you’re all prepared…..what sort of questions will you be asked??

 Here is a selection of some of the more common interview questions:

 What are your reasons for wanting to leave your current firm? (Do not be negative/criticise!)

Why are you looking to join our firm?

What do you know about us?

What do you enjoy about your current role? What do you not enjoy?

What sort of culture do you fit into best?

How IT literate are you?

What successes have you enjoyed in your current role? How did you achieve these?

What sort of supervisory/mentoring/management experience do you have?

What do you want to achieve over the next 2/3/5 years?

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

What do you like to do outside of work?

Remember that an interview is a two-way process, ask intelligent, pertinent questions and give honest, truthful and succinct answers.
