The Role

Due to unforeseen circumstances our client, a Padiham based distribution business is looking to take on an accomplished Accounts Assistant to join their brigade on a long-term temporary basis.

As a Temporary Administrator you will be responsible for;

  • Maintaining and setting up new supplier accounts
  • Processing 25-30 invoices per day on SAP
  • Cross reference good received statements with invoices
  • Filing unpaid invoices
  • Emailing remittances
  • General administration duties
  • May be required to assists with other areas of the finance function particularly at month end
  • Handling incoming calls in a polite and professional manner

Key Skills;

  • Competent on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of SAP or Sage is desirable
  • Great literacy and numeracy skills
