Cummins Mellor seek an experienced Sales Administrator to join a rapidly expanding, people-centric business in the Blackburn area. Our client offers a vibrant and engaging environment where you will join a successful, dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing all day to day customer order requirements and providing a first class level of customer experience.

Your role will involve processing high volumes of inbound orders in an accurate and timely manner. You will join a team of passionate customer service representatives who work together to achieve KPI targets surrounding volumes of calls and orders taken.

The successful candidate will be a highly accurate individual who can work to timed deadlines and provide excellent levels of customer service.

As a Sales Administrator your role will include;

  • Liaising with customer calls and emails to ensure first class service is maintained
  • Responding to customer email enquiries in a set timeframe
  • Process the setup of new customer accounts
  • Processing of sales orders/despatching/and full admin process
  • Full internal service of customer needs from end to end
  • Managing calls and order capture requirements
  • Supporting in client reporting requirements
  • Daily housekeeping of emails
  • Undertaking other duties as required in order to support the business in achieving excellence for all customers

The ideal Sales Administrator will possess;

  • Experience of a customer service role in a fast moving environment
  • Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner (friendly, helpful, polite, firm)
  • Excellent organisational skills and a capacity to undertake a variety of tasks
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Cooperative and effective team player – helpful attitude towards colleagues
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Good understanding of a CRM system, procedures and processes
