Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking for a new opportunity? This job could be the perfect one for you.

As a Sales Administrator your role will include;

  • Processing orders as per specific procedures
  • Answering any calls
  • Resolving issues with deliveries and complaints
  • Supporting in client reporting requirements
  • Daily housekeeping of emails
  • Processing consumer orders
  • Inputting orders on to the system

The ideal Sales Administrator will possess;

  • Effective organisational skills
  • Experience working with a CRM ordering system
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to manage query resolution in a professional and timely manner
  • Integrity
  • A proactive, positive and committed approach to their work
  • Ability multi-task efficiently
  • Advanced computer literacy
