You will be responsible for managing all day to day customer order requirements and providing a first class level of customer experience.
Your role will involve processing high volumes of inbound orders in an accurate and timely manner. You will join a team of passionate customer service representatives who work together to achieve KPI targets surrounding volumes of calls and orders taken.
The successful candidate will be a highly accurate individual who can work to timed deadlines and provide excellent levels of customer service.
