An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly accomplished people manager to lead the operations across a large scale, multi-sited business.

Rapidly expanding and with ambitious growth and diversification plans, this forward thinking company are looking to add a talented, highly motivated leader of people to join their senior management team.

The role carries a great deal of opportunity for personal and professional progression with the very real prospect of a Directorial role being offered following your first 12 months in post.

You’ll work alongside an experienced and motivated senior team and the ideal candidate will bring their own experience in change management and be able to inspire direct and indirect reports.

What will my new role involve?

  • Labour management in line with budgets
  • Quality control
  • Weekly reporting on KPI performance
  • People management including handling HR issues, staff performance reviews, handling disciplinary issues and time & attendance
  • Stock control
  • Developing, implementing and revising a continuous improvement schedule
  • Ensuring the health and safety of employees and any visitors
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out to the required standards
  • Ensuring machinery is used correctly and maintained
