Mortgage Vetting Administrator

We’re currently working on a superb opportunity for an experienced data administrator, with a passion for interpreting information, to join one of Blackburn’s most rapidly expanding companies.

Our client is a rapidly expanding, vetting organisation who work to identify miss-sold mortgages to help facilitate claims.

Following an incredible year of growth, they seek a vetting administrator to review data, identify discrepancies in information and communicate this back to their clients.

Your role is pivotal in providing a fast turnaround in the analysis of this information, delivering exceptional levels of customer service to their clients. You will need to have strong analytical, as well as excellent interpersonal, skills to enable you to digest information and communicate this back with clients effectively.

What does the role entail?

  • Analysing and interpreting mortgage data
  • Identifying discrepancies in information
  • Communicating findings back to clients
  • Handling high volumes of qualitative and quantitative information
  • All elements of administration and customer service

What type of person do you need to be?

  • Organised accurate and analytical
  • A confident individual who is not shy of phone work and displays a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Calm under pressure – there’s a lot of work to do!
  • Have experience in regulated environments. i.e. claims, insurance or financial services
