£16,000 – £18,000 (pro-rata)

A superb opportunity for a Sales Negotiator has arisen in a busy and expanding Estate Agency Team.

The role arises in a residential property business located outside of Preston in the South Ribble area. Our client is an independent company who pride themselves on delivering a professional service with a personal touch. The company are looking to expand the team and are offering a long-term career opportunity in a structured training environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a similar setting, however this opportunity also invites ambitious graduates seeking to secure a career within a well-established thriving business.

As a Sales Negotiator your role will include;

  • Making appointments and accompanying clients on property viewings
  • Negotiating property sales with clients and agreeing the terms
  • Arranging advertising to promote the property
  • Prepare brochures for properties
  • Sending out details of new properties on the market to prospective clients
  • Working closely with buyers and clients to deliver positive sales outcomes
  • Working with a range of IT systems to streamline processes
  • Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls
  • Handling highly confidential information
  • Meeting and greeting clients

The ideal Sales Negotiator must;

  • Be self-confident and outgoing
  • Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers
  • Be passionate about property and have a desire to work in the estate agency industry
  • Be organized, efficient and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Be able to deliver high level of customer service
  • Possess strong communication skills and be adaptable to a diverse workload
  • Be comfortable working within a small office team
  • Be keen to learn new skills and have an adaptable and flexible nature
  • Possess strong IT skills
  • Be able to commit to working on Saturdays – likely to be 1 out of 4
