A fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator has become available to take on a permanent role within the finance/Brokers industry.

Cummins Mellor are recruiting a Sales Administrator based in Blackburn with a salary of £17,500 – £20,000 per annum. The successful Sales Administrator will be working within a small but busy specialist team who are experts in their field of lending finance.

As a Sales Administrator your role will include;

  • Working within a group of ‘20’ people
  • To deal appropriately with all incoming calls from customers, brokers, agents, and third parties
  • Ensuring that data protection and money laundering guidelines are followed at all times
  • Handle and monitor new proposals and documentation with the aim of ensuring that Broker customer service expectations are met
  • To ensure the Fraud, valuation, proposal and outstanding deals log are updated and maintained
  • Handle and process payouts in accordance with the company criteria and document security checks
  • Production and dispatch of Welcome Packs
  • Direct Support for other administration Duties
  • Develop new relationships and maintain and expand existing relationships
  • Liaise with underwriters to provide all documentation/information required on new proposals
  • To deal with general customer service enquires, including payments, settlements and change of details
  • To act as a broker liaison point, assisting with document preparation, settlements and general queries
  • Maintenance and update of HPI/Experian registrations
  • Production of daily and monthly reports to Directors
  • Preparation of broker management information as and when required
  • Assist in training of new staff as assigned by his/her line manager

The ideal Sales Administrator must;

  • Experience working in a finance lender environment desirable but not essential
  • Money Laundering and Data Protection – all staff are trained ongoing using an external resource as they are industry requirements.
  • The availability to work full time
  • Be committed to upholding the company ethos and dedicated to their high standards
  • Have a flexible attitude to assisting in other departments
  • Confident working in an open plan office
  • Competent working to deadlines
