Cummins Mellor are looking for 3 Sales Executvie to join their team in Blackburn.

Our client specialises in the simplification and centralisation of communications systems for businesses. The company have developed systems which offer tremendous cost and time savings to their customers which in turn can increase their productivity. The success of their strategy over recent years has provided openings for 3 Sales Executives to both manage existing business and expand and drive future growth at their busy office in Blackburn.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a small, close-knit team and will be self-motivated to seek out and develop new business relationships. Our clients expects you to be proactive in developing opportunities and building business.

Opportunities arise in:

  • Account Management
  • Fixed Line Sales
  • Mobile Sales

Successful candidates must have experience working in a similar capacity in a Telecommunications provider in one or more of the areas outlined above. You must also have a proven track record of target-beating sales experience.

As a Sales Executive you will be required to;

  • Win new business from new and existing clients
  • Develop and manage a list of target customers
  • Follow up on sales leads and information provided by marketing to convert new business
  • Maximise the opportunity to sell by selling the complete range of telecommunications products on offer
  • Understand clients businesses to identify improvements that technologies will deliver
  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities so that targets will be exceeded
  • Maintain an accurate CRM system to ensure customers details and opportunities are suitably reflected

The ideal Sales Executive will need;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • The ability to build rapport and nurture customer relationships
  • To possess excellent verbal, numerical and written communication skills
  • To be comfortable working with technology as well as selling it
  • To be self-motivated, consistent, reliable and resilient with a positive outlook; always
