You will represent our public-sector division on the very front line, by interacting with prospects and customers and building tailored packages to adhere to their Safeguarding and licensing requirements.Ryan circle 2

As a business developer, your key focus will be to:

  • Close long-term contracts with UK Local Authorities to use our professional and flexible licensing service. More specifically you will:
  • Manage long-term sales cycles from A-Z;
  • Prospect sales leads from a well-defined market and pre-generated leads;
  • Qualify leads through face-to-face or phone interaction with prospects;
  • Lead sales meetings;
  • Gather customer requirements to build custom solutions to aid their licensing process;
  • Interact with our operations team to ensure a seamless handover;
  • Establish, develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with prospects and customers;
  • Close business through negotiating a tailored licensing package for the customer.

You will be based out of our head office in East Lancashire, however, as part of this role, you will be frequently travelling around the country visiting prospects and customers.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

Estimated OTE £30-35k per annum. This will be made up of a basic salary + commission.
