An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Inbound Sales Executive to take on a permanent role within a thriving national business. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Personnel Checks is a top registered body for the Disclosure & Barring Service and complete criminal record disclosures for individuals and businesses across the whole of the UK.

We now seek a driven and motivated individual to join our team to maximise our visibility within the marketplace. Your role will be to sell our advanced systems, bespoke packages and our high-quality customer service.

As Inbound Executive you will be building relationships, understanding customer needs, relating back and closing deals. Adopting a consultative approach to the sales process, sharing best practice with colleagues and benefiting from regular in-house training to further develop sales techniques is what you can be expected to be doing.

 The ideal candidate will have the ability to build rapport with existing & prospective customers and have a proven ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the sales cycle. You will be a consistent high achiever, earning impressive and regular commission on top of your basic salary as well as being goal orientated with a passion to succeed.
As Inbound Sales Executive your role will include;

  • Inbound Sales Role – no cold calling
  • Identifying market opportunities and developing plans to capitalise on them
  • Responding to, and follow up on, sales enquiries and leads by telephone, email, post and face-to-face meetings
  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Working with current and lapsed clients to generate return business and increase levels of usage
  • Managing client relationships to maximise business and margin as well as minimising the opportunities for competitor penetration
  • Negotiating rates in line with pricing policy to maximise margin and optimise revenue from clients
  • Recording information accurately and consistently on our in-house CRM system
  • Conducting sales meetings and presentations to businesses across the UK (travel expenses payable)


The Ideal Inbound Sales Executive will;

  • Be driven by targets and goal orientated
  • Be committed to upholding the company ethos and dedicated to our high standards
  • Possess strong IT skills
  • Have good verbal and written communicative skills including competencies in delivering presentations
  • Have strengths in administration and organisational skills
  • Ensure clear communication is maintained with customers at all times
  • Hold a minimum of 5 GCSE Level A-C inc. Maths & English
