Working closely with the Head of Marketing, this role would be ideal for an individual excited by challenges, open to continuous change and willing to push the capabilities of technology to express their own creativity.


The ideal Content Manager would: 

  • Be educated to a minimum of A level standard in English language and be passionate about the written word, demonstrating high standards and the ability to adjust the tone of the content to suit the target audience;
  • Have the ability to create content across multi-disciplined divisions with a commercial mind set, and have the initiative, drive, energy and enthusiasm to engage with a target audience;
  • Have polished copyrighting knowledge and skills with an eye for detail;
  • Have excellent time management skills and confidence to self-manage.
  • Be a creative thinker who understands brands and target audience engagement techniques and is able to translate audience insight into content innovation, working with internal teams to deliver projects;
  • Experience of creating and managing content distribution with supporting exposure to wider marketing techniques (such as SEO, PPC and email marketing);
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to draw effective conclusions
  • Be confident to present suggestions and implementation schedules to enhance our brand awareness through our marketplaces;


Responsibilities would include: 

  • Production of a Content Marketing Strategy to include social, customer journey, inbound and outbound marketing;
  • Overall ownership and accountability for all online and promotional printed content including key landing pages, online guidance and processes, white papers, persona hubs, division specific blogs and press releases;
  • Maximising the effectiveness of customer engagement through the development and execution of a Content Marketing Strategy;
  • Driving content creation across all social platforms and promotional material, ensuring copyright is maintained;
  • Being proactive in managing the updating of current content while considering the influence of changes on improving conversion metrics
  • Liaising across the 3 divisions of the Company to produce high quality, industry specific and headlining content to emphasise the services and expertise they offer and demonstrate the key industry knowledge of the Company;
  • Developing and managing a PR strategy while maintaining an up to date portfolio of all publications;
  • Scripting and assisting with the production of video based content for distribution across the Company social platforms;
  • Producing and implementing targeted campaigns across the sectors to widen the individual target audience of each division;
  • Sourcing high profile topical content, researching, producing and distributing such in a manner that demonstrates the Company’s mission, values, passion for people and safeguarding commitment;
  • Analysing and providing detailed reporting on industry trends and campaign statistics, including audience engagement and confidently offering continual improvement advice and developing strategies optimising content marketing campaigns;
  • Auditing and evaluating existing campaigns and delivering feedback on their effectiveness, offering suggestions for improvement or alternative means of communication;
  • Managing, developing and maintaining a record of original content documents;
