With a strong team culture and a vibrant, open plan office, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join one of the UK’s leading independent Utility services business as they embark on a new and exciting project on a temporary, ongoing basis.

Working within a small intimate team, and providing excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity for someone who is confident and self-motivated, with amazing communication and listening skills.

 

As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor your role will include;

  • Handling inbound calls from engineers and business owners, assisting them in the setting up and maintenance of the product
  • Using a bespoke computer system to remotely connect the product to the relevant servers
  • Providing high levels of customer service by offering advice, guidance and assistance to existing clients and potential customers
  • Resolving daily administrative tasks, and using a bespoke CRM system to maintain up to date records of activates, appointments and account history
  • Working alongside internal departments

 

The ideal candidate must;

  • Have previous experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Have an excellent and confident telephone manner
  • Be confident working in a phone driven environment
  • Have very strong administration skills
  • Be flexible, committed and able to work on a temporary ongoing basis
