We are looking for an experienced Hospitality professional to join a rapidly expanding Hotel group with a difference. They offer creative food, a stunning venue and can offer exceptional career opportunities.

We wish to appoint a Restaurant Manager, to work alongside the Hotel Manager and be able to deliver an excellent experience for their customers.

As a Restaurant Manager your role will include;

  • Working closely with the owners and managing a team of 15 Front of House staff;
  • Overseeing functions, events, overnight stays and non residents’ diners;
  • Shared responsibility of training and development of the team, budgeting, stock taking;
  • Meet with clients to understand their requirements and communicate this to the team to ensure that their experience is a magical one;
  • Providing exceptional quality standards to the dining experience.

The ideal Restaurant Manager must;

  • Have a background within hospitality and have worked in a venue at management level;
  • Have a confident and professional telephone manner;
  • Be confident working towards targets and deadlines;
  • Demonstrate the ability to interact and co-operate with all company employees, the ability to respond to customer needs and to develop customer relationships;
  • Be focused, proactive, positive, committed & can work well under pressure.
