Cummins Mellor are seeking a skilled hospitality professional to become an integral member of the front office team of a leading North West hotel. This award winning establishment requires someone committed to delivering excellence to all customers across Reception, Nights and Accommodation departments.

This role will provide you with practical training, development and progression within a dynamic and expanding company.

As a Front Office Manager your role will include;

  • Ensuring that guests’ have a smooth stay at the hotel
  • Managing and motivating a front office team in order to provide high quality services for guests
  • Ensuring the reception team demonstrate the highest standards of guest care and welcome on front desk
  • Training and development of the team and driving them to achieve maximum guest feedback scores and increasing revenue potential
  • Managing and motivating your team. You will be required to ensure that all staff within your department are adequately trained and developed in line with company policy
  • Actively guiding and directing the whole team to ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery.

The ideal Front Office Manager must;

  • Be a strong manager with passion and drive you will be hands on and looking for a challenge
  • Have a minimum of three years’ experience as a Duty or Front Office Manager
  • Be a natural leader, highly motivated and be keen to succeed
  • Have passion for the industry and the ability to demonstrate unrivalled hospitality
