This is a grade II listed building, with original features of red brick walls and vaulted ceilings. This is a modern restaurant where the food is modern European, with an Asian twist. The chefs stay up to date on the latest food trends! The menu includes fresh seafood, freshly made pasta, steak, and antipasto boards.

There is an exciting opportunity for a Chef with real desire to be part of something special. This is a busy site, so experience in high volume is essential

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • To be able to run all of the sections within the kitchen effectively and efficiently;
  • 100% hands on;
  • Organisation of food preparation and production according to demands of the business whilst maintaining company standard;
  • To be able to produce food to a high standard with strong presentation skills.

The ideal Sous Chef Chef will;

  • Experience as a Chef in a similar environment where there is high volume;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a close knit team;
  • Ability to follow a recipe and work within a individual but branded concept;
  • Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards.

The Benefits:

  • Salary of up to £23/24,000; dependent on experience and qualification;
  • 28 days holiday, 4.5 days a week with a mixture of split and straight shifts;
