An exceptional opportunities have arisen for an outstanding Maitre’D/Host. If you have experience working in a hospitality background or have been in a customer facing role we would like to hear from you.

Based near Wrexham, a Food Development and Hospitality Centre, is looking for a Host/Hostess in order to ensure that guests are welcomed into what is a boutique hotel feel environment.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and staff. The role will include most aspects of hospitality while extending to more discrete elements of facilities activities such as use and access of Audio Visual facilities and diary managing.

The future ambassador will demonstrate a willingness to deliver a natural and yet exceptional service to company guests

As Maitre’D your role would include:

  • Welcoming each guest in a personal and attentive manner, ensure each guest receives a personalised service, orchestrated to the highest standards of professionalism and etiquette
  • PA to Managing Director; manage, plan and organise events
  • Arrange and use suitable audio visual facilities and manage the Hospitality centre’s diary commitments
  • To undertake any other pertinent tasks as designated by the Managing Director

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will be naturally hospitable with an ability to maintain an exceptionally high customer service focus, show personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues whilst always presenting enthusiasm and warmth.
  • You will have an extremely high attention to detail, maintain a high profile during service
  • You will have a minimum of one years experience working in a customer focussed role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, good organisational skills and ability to take own initiative.
