Located in the Cotswold’s, you will be working in a busy Inn with 25+ rooms, offering a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. The menus are prepared using fresh, local and seasonal produce, sourced from trusted local suppliers.

Responsibilities

The ideal Interim Chef de partie will:

  • Work 5/7 days Minimum 40hrs per week
  • Cover a section and the day to- day prep of all menus
  • Be responsible for storage of food supplies
  • Prepare food and present to the company’s standards
  • Prepare and produce menu items
  • Ensure the smooth running of your section reporting to the Head / Sous Chef
  • Ensure standards of food production are maintained
  • Maintain standards of safety, hygiene and Health & Safety
  • Be part of a motivated Kitchen team

Requirements:

The Ideal candidates must:

  • Have Own whites, Knives and safety shoes
  • Have own transport and be able to commute to the Cirencester area as this is a live out role
  • Have previous experience in a similar role
  • Be standards driven
  • Have the ability to multi task and thrive under pressure
  • Have excellent communication skills

In return:

  • Excellent hourly rate of £10-11ph depending on experience
  • Wages are paid weekly and holiday pay is accrued
  • A minimum of 40 hours over 5 days guaranteed work
