Chefs Jobs UK are looking for an Interim Sous Chef to work in a 1AA Rosette kitchen in Keswick.

Are you an experienced Sous Chef looking for an opportunity to work in a 1AA Rosette kitchen? Do you enjoy working with fresh seasonal produce sourced locally? Would you like to earn a minimum of £550 per week?

Chefs Jobs UK are looking for an Interim Sous Chef to work with an existing team and support the Head Chef at a busy 1AA Rosette Hotel in Keswick.

This luxury hotel with around 30 bedrooms has its own on-site award winning 1AA Rosette steakhouse restaurant and in addition also serves food in their trendy lounge from an extensive bar menu.

The ideal Sous Chef will;

  • Take responsibility for the day to day running of the kitchen in the absence of Head Chef
  • Produce dishes from an existing menu using fresh locally sourced produce
  • Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Have a professional eye for detail with a positive attitude towards the kitchen

This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef to work alongside an existing brigade in a busy 1AA Rosette kitchen.

As a Chefs Jobs UK Sous Chef you can take advantage of the following benefits;

  • Minimum of 50hrs per week, with 2 days off
