For over 40 years, our client has worked with businesses globally, providing fast and efficient servicing provisions. The purpose of the role is to lead, support and develop the sales team consisting of inbound/phone-based and field-based personnel, covering the UK and over 132 overseas markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales performance, not only achieving targets and KPIs, but also the day to day management of staff, coaching and sales training, contributing to growth strategy development, team culture and process improvement.
