German Speaking Sales Executive

We are recruiting for a global leader in the design, development and manufacture sector. They are looking for a confident, ambitious and driven individual to join their diverse Sales team. To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for building relationships and be able to provide excellent service to your customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking responsibility of your own portfolio of customers, providing a professional and efficient service
  • Building relationships with existing customers whilst identifying opportunities for new business development
  • Using high attention to detail and an organised approach to ensure orders are processed and delivered OTIF
  • Using expert product knowledge to handle customer enquiries and complaints to full resolution
  • Liaising with internal departments and external companies to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Ensuring all sales documentation, including export/customs paperwork, is completed accurately and in line with HMRC regulations

 

Skills and Experience

  • Fluent in English and German (any other languages are beneficial but not essential)
  • Knowledge of international trade and export documentation
  • A passion, drive and ability to deliver sales and identify sales opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt within a fast changing market
  • Professional and personable style to develop strong customer relationships
  • Able to use initiative and work independently, whilst also working as part of a larger team
