Our sister company Personnel Checks is looking for a passionate and energetic individual with superb compliance and admin skills who is willing to learn and not be afraid of a little hard work!

They are one of the top Registered Umbrella Bodies for the DBS, Disclosure & Barring Service (formerly the CRB) and Disclosure Scotland.

As Customer Service Executive your role would include:

  • Becoming an expert in DBS compliance requirements, resolving queries and ensuring applications forms are ready to submit for processing
  • Completing the training programme to become an authorised registered counter signatory for the Disclosure and Barring Service and Disclosure Scotland
  • Providing superb customer service to all applicants and clients
  • Ensuring all telephone calls and email requests are answered professionally, quickly and effectively on the same day.
  • Ensuring all elements of the DBS Checks process are completed on the same day and accurately.
  • Thoroughly checking each application received in line with relevant eligibility criteria before counter signing and submitting to the relevant body for processing.
  • Ensuring all information added onto any internal systems are accurate and up to date in line with data protection legislation.
  • Dealing with Application Form queries quickly, by telephone, then by email and continually chasing until the query is resolved.
  • Confirming all payments taken are accurate for the service offered and that all applicants and account details are correct.
  • Managing contracts ensuring that the customers receive an excellent disclosure service from Personnel Checks
  • Thoroughly understanding the whole process of each contract assigned to you
  • Performing all administration tasks to the highest standards
  • Protecting all customer information, keeping it secure and up to date
  • Ensuring all orders taken for client contracts are invoiced at the correct amount and customers receive their receipts
