Customer Excellence Administrator

Cummins Mellor are currently working on behalf of a thriving East Lancashire business to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. Our innovative client seeks a Customer Excellence Advisor to become part of their driven and vibrant team.

 

As a Customer Service Administrator your role will include;

  • Liaising with customer calls and emails to ensure first class service is maintained
  • Processing letters to be sent with the correct name and address
  • Responding to customer email enquiries in a set timeframe
  • Process the setup of new customer accounts
  • Full internal service of customer needs from end to end

 

 

The ideal Customer Service Administrator sounds like;

  • An excellent communicator

  • Organised and methodical
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and willing to work hard
  • Passionate, trustworthy, reliable with and a strong team player
  • Have good excel skills
  • Experienced in a customer facing role
