As the business is expanding they are looking to recruit an additional member to their Customer Service team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service this is the ideal role for you.

As Customer Service Advisor your role will include:

  • To provide a first class Customer Service to all customers
  • To answer all incoming customer service telephone calls within 3 rings
  • Responding timely to e-mails
  • Assign incoming service jobs to relevant engineer where necessary
  • Record customer complaints/faulty equipment and manage accordingly
  • Liaising with customers to ensure they are aware of progress
  • Carry out any reasonable requests from senior management

The ideal Customer Service Advisor must have:

  • Experience of a customer service role
  • The ability to handle customer complaints/queries in a professional manner
  • An ability to adapt as the role may vary depending upon business requirements
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Cooperative and effective team player, ability to be self-motivated as a large part of this role will be individual tasks/working
  • Good computer skills

  • Competitive hourly rate (between £8-8.50ph doe)
  • Flexible part time hours (including evening and weekend) working around your family/friends/commitments
  • Working hours include 6-9pm week days/and varying shift patterns over the weekend
