This Burnley-based company has been established for 25 years in the communication sector and has many opportunities for the right individuals to expand their careers and earning potential. The company works within the business to business sector to supply, install and maintain Telephone systems, supply Mobiles and Network services.

The main role in this position will be dealing with our Mobile client base working closely with internal departments, agents and suppliers whilst providing an accurate and excellent service to our customers.

You will build quality relationships with our customers, providing excellent service on implementations, customer queries and promoting additional sales.

As a Customer Service Administrator your role will include;

  • Take ownership and deliver mobile projects from pre-sales to effective handover to support team
  • Assist in maintaining client satisfaction against the operational SLAs
  • To proactively keep abreast of market/technology developments and communicate with the team and management to ensure the firm is planning to use the most effective technology to support its business objectives
  • To continually analyse customers’ bills to provide clients with the most cost-effective solutions
  • To assist the sales function in the compilation of compelling proposals to existing and new customers
  • Completing contracts and provisioning with the relevant networks in conjunction with the sales function present quotes and progressing through to order processing


The ideal Customer Service Administrator must have;

  • Natural communication abilities, team player, diligent and reliable
  • Ideally telecoms or IT products and services knowledge
  • Knowledge of Mobile networks and latest mobile technology is desirable but not essential
  • Experience of client interface, either face to face or via the Telephone


Our client can offer;

  • Salary circa £18K, rising after 3-month probation
  • Holidays are 20 days per year plus Bank Holidays – an additional days holiday is accrued for each full year worked up to a maximum of 5 days
