Cummins Mellor has an exciting opportunity and is looking to enhance their current team by employing an enthusiastic Sales Administrator. The opportunity arises within a small, friendly and intimate office environment.

As a Sales Administrator your role will include;

  • Accurately processing customer orders and making amendments accordingly
  • Producing Sales Order documentation for all confirmed orders
  • Interacting with existing and new customers; maintaining and building relationships
  • Establishing the customers’ requirements and communicate pricing and delivery information
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating databases
  • Communicating effectively with the sales department to ensure customer requirements are suitably met
  • Responsibility for sales enquiries received via the telephone/email

The ideal Sales Administrator must;

  • Hold excellent communication skills and a pleasant, professional telephone manner
  • Have experience of using sales order processing systems and MS Office products
  • Have a working knowledge of distribution/manufacturing industry an advantage
  • Be extremely customer care focused
