Description:

Cummins Mellor seek a vibrant and ambitious Billing Coordinator with strengths in data analysis, high levels of accuracy and strong customer service skills. Working in the telecoms industry, our client has over 20 years’ experience within their sector and having recently moved into a spacious modern new building, are seeking to expand their team to meet growth demands.

The role includes working on the billing platform for call traffic and wholesale line rental. You will be building quality relationships with our customers, providing excellent service on customer service queries and promoting additional sales.

The successful candidate will possess excellent administrative and communicative skills, high levels of accuracy and will have experience working in a busy office environment in a supporting role.

As a Billing Coordinator your role will include:

  • Consolidating billing records, analysing data, cross-referencing information and producing reports
  • Compiling proposals and quotes for customers, completing analysis on customers’ bills
  • Ordering lines and arranging the connection of calls
  • Completing and sending out customer contracts
  • Processing orders with relevant networks
  • Sending out bill runs on a timely basis
  • Checking and issuing reports to agents on a monthly basis
  • Receiving and making calls to customers & suppliers
  • Office support duties as and when required

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Be detail orientated and have strong analytical skills
  • Possess strong computer skills particularly in Excel
  • Be vibrant, ambitious and passionate about delivering first class solutions for customers
  • Be committed to your personal progression and be willing to complete training and develop your skills
  • Have GCSE’s Grade A-C in English & Mathematics
  • Have excellent telephone skills and experience in a customer service environment
  • Live within a 40-minute commuting distance to Haslingden
