Description:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a local, award winning company who can offer a fantastic working environment and an immediate start.

Due to significant growth and expansion plans, our client seeks an experienced Customer Service Administrator to work within a fast paced busy office.

Our client is an established and leading supplier of equipment and services to the hospitality, catering and services industry; they offer their clients a consultative service, ensuring that they are consistently exceeding expectations and developing their service offering to meet market demands.

As a Customer Service Administrator your role will include;

  • Answering inbound calls and emails and handling queries promptly and effectively in a positive manner, offering first call resolutions
  • Providing high levels of customer service by offering advice, guidance and assistance
  • Placing orders on the system accurately and efficiently
  • Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring all activity is logged onto the system
  • Resolving daily administrative tasks, and using a bespoke CRM system to maintain up to date records of activates and account history

The ideal Customer Service Administrator must;

  • Have very strong administration skills, including file management, data entry, and use of IT systems
  • Have previous experience in a Customer Service environment dealing with both inbound and outbound calls
  • Be flexible, and able to commit to temporary contract
  • Have an excellent and confident telephone manner
  • Be confident working in a phone driven environment
