Description:

My client is looking for a vibrant and driven Account Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. The successful applicant will be driven by delivering a first class customer experience, resolving customer difficulties and maximising the profitability of their accounts.

You must have a passion for making sales, advising clients on strategies and approaches whilst delivering a high level of customer service at all times.

You should have an insatiable appetite for helping a client grow their business and be committed to supporting them in their journey.

 

As a Technical Account Manager your role will include;

  • Demonstrating the product to clients over the phone using screen share technologies
  • Building relationships with prospects by gaining insight into their businesses to enable you to provide solutions for their requirements
  • Generating new business through managing your existing client database
  • Developing and maintaining strong knowledge of all product features, pricing plans and the service portfolio
  • Negotiating with clients on a daily basis
  • Reviewing your own sales performance and aiming to exceed targets
  • Tracking all activity in a CRM

 

The ideal Technical Account Manager must;

  • Enjoy working in a structured, targeted environment to challenging KPIs
  • Have previous work experience within a high volume, administrative and operational environment
  • Be technically minded and have the ability to adapt to new software products with ease
  • Have a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Have excellent administrative skills including communication, prioritisation, the use of ICT and high levels of accuracy
  • Be confident working towards targets and deadlines
  • Demonstrate the ability to interact and co-operate with all company employees, the ability to respond to customer needs and to develop customer relationships
  • Be focused, proactive, positive, committed & can work well under pressure
