We are looking for an experienced French speaking Customer Service Administrator, to join one of the UK’s leading suppliers based in East Lancashire. This is working for an innovative, contemporary business with an affectionate company culture.

French Speaking Customer Service Administrator, Accrington, £16,000 – £17,000 DOE

Cummins Mellor seek an experienced French speaking Customer Service Administrator to join a rapidly expanding, people-centric business based in East Lancashire. Our client offers cutting edge office environments which are located close to transport amenities.

The key purpose is to provide customer service and ensure that all customer requirements are met in full.

As a French Speaking Customer Service Administrator your role will include;

  • Answering inbound calls and handle queries promptly and effectively in a positive manner offering first call resolutions
  • Providing high levels of customer service by offering advice, guidance and assistance
  • Placing orders on the system accurately and efficiently
  • Dealing with customer complaints ensuring all activity is logged onto the system
  • Resolving daily administrative tasks, and using a bespoke CRM system to maintain up to date records of activates and account history
  • Working in line with budget target to maximize sales potential and ensure excellent quality of work
  • Supporting Team Leader on ways to improve procedures within the department
  • Keeping customers informed of regular offers and incentives whilst aiming to achieve monthly KPI’s for add on sales
  • Advising the customer of any overdue invoices and help resolve
  • Responding to email queries within 48hrs

The ideal French Speaking Customer Service Administrator must;

  • Must be able to speak fluent French
  • Have very strong administration skills, including file management, data entry, and use of IT systems
  • Have previous experience in a Customer Service environment dealing with both inbound and outbound calls
  • Be flexible, and able to work on a 6 month probation contract
  • Have an excellent and confident telephone manner
  • Be confident working in a phone driven environment
