My client, an award-winning distributer, is looking to expand and enhance their current team by employing an enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator. The opportunity arises within a fast paced, lively and creative culture and offers a bright and modern office setting.

The Role

Working with the sales office you will be providing administrative support to the Account Manager on a number of mail order and retail accounts.

You will be:

  • Supporting relevant account managers with day to day administration
  • Setting up of new products and ongoing administration of products on various systems
  • Collation of images from company database for display online
  • Sales reporting
  • Preparing and processing credit notes
  • Updating stock availability reports and circulating to relevant internal/external parties
  • Preparing and sending of samples to customers
  • Data entry
  • Attending customer meetings on and off site, as and when required
  • Assisting the credit controller with the reconciliation of invoices for payment
  • General office administration to include answering telephones, filing, faxing, post, etc.
  • Dealing with general customer support queries
  • Providing holiday cover for colleagues including customer complaints

The Ideal Sales Support Administrator must;

  • Have exceptional Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and vlookups
  • Be able to work under pressure with the ability to multi task
  • Be professional and confident in meeting clients and representing the company
  • Have previous experience in sales order processing
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Be highly motivated and organised
  • Have a professional telephone manner
  • Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook and Sage line 500 would be an advantage
  • Pay attention to detail and be highly accurate
