My client is an expanding local business, based in Blackburn within easy reach of the motorway networks, who offer an invaluable service to the businesses of the North West. They have a strong set of core values, which are demonstrated on a daily basis, which are instrumental to the success and message of the company

My client is unique in their approach to work and this has led to visionary developments and plans for the immediate future. Due to recent significant growth and the opportunities that are now presenting themselves, my client has a requirement for a Personal Assistant, who will be instrumental to the success and growth of this venture.

The Role

You will be required to support the MD; enabling him to concentrate on driving and guiding the business forward. This role is multi-faceted, you will be required to undertake a number of tasks and be proactive enough to realise and take on other responsibilities.

Office based, you will meet and greet clients, and be required to be a support host at events that are organised by the company. Ensuring that you radiate energy and a positive image for the company.

Your duties will include:

  • Project Administration
  • Data input
  • Producing data reports
  • Event organisation
  • Account management
  • Taking responsibility of the office
  • Meeting and Greeting and co-hosting events and conferences

The ideal candidate will:

  • Work with initiative
  • Work with passion and enthusiasm developing into taking ownership and care for the success of the company
  • Be driven and determined to make a difference
  • Be organised and have the ability to organise and direct others
  • Possess good IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel and Email
  • Be accountable and take responsibility for their own actions
  • Work well on their own and as part of a team
  • Very personable with strong communication skills
