Our client, a well known family run business based in Blackburn are looking for a highly attentive Brand Account Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

Cummins Mellor have an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a team of 4 in the support of a brand account. Your role will be to provide a varied administrative support to one of the company’s successful contracts.

The ideal candidate will have high levels of communication and be well organized with proven advanced levels of excel. You will be working within a British, family run business who operate internationally and are based in East Lancashire.

As a Brand Account Manager your role will include;

  • Weekly analysis of the Epos data, by use of Excel, you will be required to monitor how the products have performed from the previous week
  • Stock management reports, regular contact with the production team to ensure stock is at the correct levels, and to communicate this to the customer
  • Ordering and monitoring POS, to have regular contact with suppliers and order what is necessary
  • Completion of Data Product forms
  • Assisting with the creation of product labels
  • Maintenance over the product sample room
  • Sales order processing via the system AX Dynamics
  • Working within an open plan office, reporting to the National Accounts Manager
  • Be confident and have the ability to make decisions with regards to queries in a systematic way
  • Will provide solutions for all enquiries within an acceptable timeframe
  • To develop and maintain a strong working relationships with their immediate client
  • Provides other administrative support when needed
  • Responds and delivers client and internal requests
  • Completing follow-up work and maintaining records
  • Extensive usage of Excel, Microsoft Packages and the ERP systems

The Ideal Brand Account Administrator must;

  • Have proven advanced Excel skills, knowledge of V- Lookups very advantageous
  • Be able to multitask and pay attention to detail
  • Be PC literate to include detailed working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Dynamix AX (an advantage)
  • Have a logical, work-oriented, and analytical thought process
  • Have the availability to work on a temporary basis and commit to the term needed
  • Be committed to upholding the company ethos and dedicated to their high standards
  • Attention to detail, flexibility to help within the team and great presentation skills
