My client has a brilliant opportunity and seeks a project co-ordinator / customer service executive to take on a permanent role within a successful market leading manufacturers. As a Project Co-ordinator / Customer Service Executive your role will include;

  • Working within the sales department interacting with clients / contractors over the telephone in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about product and services
  • Responsibility for the administration of quotations, account details
  • Providing the highest levels of customer service at all times to promote the businesses high standard
  • Processing orders for a number of high profile, global companies whilst developing the e-commerce channels of the business
  • Regular contact between sites regarding specific bespoke orders
  • Project co-ordination of orders, quotations, contractor expectations and deliveries
  • Utilising all conversations with clients to promote, upsell and negotiate on offers, products and services
  • Account management of existing accounts, ensuring high standards of customer service is provided


The ideal Project Co-ordinator / Customer Service Executive must;

  • Have previous experience in Customer Service position (office bound)
  • Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • A background within the lighting industry would be an advantage
  • Possess strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Be highly motivated and organised
  • Have a professional Telephone Manner
  • Be expert in problem analysis and solving
  • Pay attention to detail and be highly accurate
  • Work upon their own initiative
  • Be able to work efficiently under pressure
